I'm not dead...I just have a Livejournal now so I'm usually posting over there. I may still do some stuff here as well along with still commenting on things and adding to my favorites. Comment if you want my username over there!
OH YEAH! Did you hear that they just signed Ville Leino for two years? I always liked Leino, so it'll be cool to see him play more often. Now if they can just keep Hudler, we'll be all set.

He did, but I just heard some news about it. He's still going to arbitration and the KHL agreed to abide by whatever happens in the arbitration, oddly enough. I thought the KHL and NHL hated each other. I guess it's a good thing then. So if the Wings are willing to sign Hudler for the number that the arbitrator chooses, then he can't go to Russia because they'll nullify the contract. If the Wings can't do the number, he'll just go to Russia, but I doubt the arbitrator is gonna pick some ridiculous number. Huds is a rookie still, he's not getting that $4 million that he wants. That's what Franzen makes, anyway.
